Oregon statewide Circuit Court Background Search - 10 year Felony & Misdemeanor Search 
 
We search all Oregon Circuit Courts by individual's name and date of birth.  If you do not have the DOB, you may take a guess, and we will do our best to conduct the search.  Don't forget to check maiden names, aka's, fka's.  Each name searched is a separate search.

 

Single Search:

 

 

$20      Per Name Searched  (name & full date of birth required)

           

 

$25      Per Name Searched  (name & approximate age*)

 

 

Add $5 to your search and we will search 20 years instead of 10 years. 

 

 

Search Now  Option 1.

Pay with a credit card via our "contact us page", then email us the pre-payment confirmation number and the name and DOB of the subject you would like searched. 

We will email you back within 24 to 48 hrs.

 

Search Now  Option 2.

Send us a check, cash or money order and the name and DOB of the subject you would like searched.  We will return your search to you via email, phone or mail with in 24 to 48 hrs after receipt..

 

 

If records are found we will provide you with the case information, including the charge and the Court the file is located in.

 

If you would like more information from the records we find, you may travel to the court and make copies or you can hire us to obtain copies, from the court file.

 

*We will do our best to search records.  However, if you do not give us the correct spelling or the exact date of birth we may not find all the records for your subject.  Understand some cases do not list dates of birth, therefore we may not be able to determine if the subject is the same person just because the name is the same.  In some cases copies may need to be pulled from the court file to attempt to determine if the subject is the same person.  We routinely obtain copies from court files for Clients.  Most of the time it's $25 + court cost & postage.

 

Volume Searches:  We have some Clients who search a dozen names per month and we have some Clients who search hundreds of names per month.  We can set up a custom package designed to fit your needs, offering discounts for any size company or affiliation.
